Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 37-13-135 (2026).
Text
Nothing contained in this chapter shall vest any jurisdiction
over public utilities in the governing bodies. The public
service commission of Wyoming shall retain all jurisdiction now
or hereafter conferred upon it by law and no new jurisdiction
shall be conferred upon this commission by virtue of this law.
