Text
(a)The failure to pay any installment including interest
when due shall cause all other installments and the interest
thereon to become due and payable and the governing body shall,
within thirty (30) days from the date of default, by general
ordinance providing for the sale of the property, proceed
against the property for the collection of the total amount due
including interest plus five percent (5%) additional on unpaid
principal and interest as penalties and costs of collection.
(b)The governing body shall cause notice of sales for
delinquent assessments and make the sales thereof in the same
manner as is provided for sales of property by a treasurer of a
city or town for delinquent assessments as provided in W.S.
