§ 9-12-307 — Penalty
Wyoming·Title 09 Administration of the Government·Ch. 12 WYOMING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT·Art. 3 WYOMING PARTNERSHIP CHALLENGE LOAN PROGRAM
Any person who knowingly makes a false statement to the council
in connection with an application under this article or article
9 of this chapter is guilty of a felony punishable by
imprisonment for not more than two (2) years, a fine of not more
than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), or both.
