§ 9-12-110 — Exemptions from taxation; exceptions
Wyoming·Title 09 Administration of the Government·Ch. 12 WYOMING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT·Art. 1 IN GENERAL
The exercise of the powers granted by this act constitutes the
performance of an essential governmental function. The council
shall not be required to pay any taxes levied by any
municipality or political subdivision of the state, other than
to comply with the Wyoming employment security law and for
assessments for local improvements, upon its property or monies.
Except as provided herein, the council's monies and the income
therefrom, shall be free from taxation of every kind by the
state, municipalities and political subdivisions of the state.
