§ 9-12-201 — Assumption of science technology and energy authority functions
Wyoming·Title 09 Administration of the Government·Ch. 12 WYOMING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT·Art. 2 SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENERGY FINANCIAL AID
In assuming the functions of the science energy and technology
authority the council shall administer the program in accordance
with the provisions of this act generally and the specific
provisions of this article.
