§ 9-12-1311 — Registration requirements
Wyoming·Title 09 Administration of the Government·Ch. 12 WYOMING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT·Art. 13 WYOMING SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT CREDIT
Each investment by a participating investor for which a tax
credit is awarded under this article shall be registered or
specifically exempt from registration in accordance with
applicable state or federal law.
