§ 9-12-113 — Conflicts of interest
Wyoming·Title 09 Administration of the Government·Ch. 12 WYOMING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT·Art. 1 IN GENERAL
Council members shall be subject to the provisions of W.S.
16-6-118 and shall abstain from voting in accordance with that
section.
