Text
(a)A permit may be revoked or suspended for:
(i)Any material false statement in the application
or in accompanying statements or studies required of the
applicant, if a true statement would have warranted the
council's refusal to grant a permit;
(ii)Failure to comply with the terms or conditions
of the permit after notice of the failure from the office and
reasonable opportunity to correct the failure; or
(iii)Violation of this chapter, the regulations
issued pursuant to this chapter or orders of the council or
office.
