§ 18-12-135 — Disposition of proceeds of taxes collected
All taxes levied and collected pursuant to the foregoing
provision shall be paid into the county treasury to the credit
of the interest and sinking fund of the district and shall be
used for the payment of the principal and interest of the bonds
and for no other purpose.
