(a)The collection agency board is created. The board shall consist of five (5) members appointed by the governor. One
(1)member shall be an attorney-at-law who is actively engaged in collection work. Two (2) members shall be officers, partners, owners or resident managers of licensed collection agencies but not from the same or affiliated collection agency, and who are not attorneys-at-law. One (1) member shall be a member of the public at large who is neither an attorney-at-law nor affiliated with a collection agency, but who is or has been a user of credit or collection services. One (1) member shall be an officer, partner or owner of a grantor of credit operating in the state that engages or has engaged the services of a Wyoming licensed collection agency.
