§ 25-10-105 — Duties of department of health as to state hospital
Wyoming·Title 25 Institutions of the State·Ch. 10 HOSPITALIZATION OF MENTALLY ILL PERSONS·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
(a)The department shall:
(i)Adopt standards governing the state hospital;
(ii)Visit the state hospital to review methods of
treatment of patients; and
(iii)Investigate complaints made by or on behalf of
state hospital patients.
