Text
(a)Crimes shall be prosecuted by indictment, information,
complaint or citation as provided by the rules promulgated by
the Wyoming supreme court.
(b)All prosecutions shall be carried on in the name and
by the authority of the state of Wyoming and shall conclude
"against the peace and dignity of the state of Wyoming".
(c)All matters relating to the content and form of
indictments, informations and complaints shall be governed by
the rules promulgated by the Wyoming supreme court.
