Text
All center markings and supplementary road shoulder markings on
all highways within the boundaries of the state of Wyoming
completed in asphalt, oil, concrete, or other hard surface shall
be maintained with bright yellow lines, whether or not said
markings be solid or broken yellow lines. The director of the
department of transportation shall have the duty to enforce the
provisions of this section and to provide for the effective
maintenance of said yellow markings. The state transportation
commission after a hearing may waive the application of this
section to any highway or highway project if necessary to
promote a safe and effective utilization of such highway or
