Text
Violation of any of the provisions of this article is a
misdemeanor. The municipality, or any owner of real estate
within the district in which the offending building, structure
or land is located, in addition to other remedies provided by
law, may institute an injunction, mandamus, abatement or any
other appropriate action or proceeding to prevent, enjoin, abate
or remove any unlawful erection, construction, alteration,
maintenance or use.
