Text
(a)Any city or town may carry liability insurance in an
amount the governing body deems necessary. The insurance shall
be:
(i)On standard policy forms approved by the state
insurance commissioner;
(ii)With companies authorized to do business in
Wyoming;
(iii)Paid out of the general fund of the city or
town.
