Text
(a)The commission has all powers necessary to perform its
functions and promote municipal planning and may:
(i)Make reports and recommendations relating to the
plan and development of the municipality to public officials and
agencies, other organizations and citizens;
(ii)Recommend to the executive or legislative
officials programs for public improvement and their financing.
