Text
(a)Any person making the survey who is not an officer of
the city or town, before entering upon the work, shall subscribe
an oath to:
(i)Faithfully, diligently and to the best of his
ability make the survey;
(ii)Make field notes and report accurately the
results of the survey and the description of the boundaries.
(b)The oath shall be filed with the city or town clerk
and a copy thereof shall be attached to the certificate filed
with the county clerk.
