Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 15-1-124 (2026).
Text
The governing body of any city or town shall require the
treasurer and may require any other official or employee to post
bonds for the performance of their duties. The bonds shall be
from a surety company licensed to do business in this state, in
an amount as the governing body determines, payable to the city
or town, and shall be filed with the city or town clerk. The
city or town shall pay the bond costs and any filing costs.
