Text
(a)The governing body of any city or town may make
appropriations from the city or town general fund for:
(i)Advertising the resources of the city or town;
(ii)Furthering its industrial development; or
(iii)Encouraging exhibits at fairs, expositions and
conventions.
(b)No appropriation may be for the express aid of any
private citizen, firm or corporation.
