Text

All persons licensed under the provisions of article seven, chapter thirty-one of this code, or as supervised lenders under the prior provisions of this article on the operative date of this chapter, are licensed to make regulated consumer loans under the provisions of this article, and all provisions of this article shall after the operative date of this chapter apply to the persons so previously licensed, including, without limitation, the provisions governing notification contained in article seven of this chapter. The commissioner may, but is not required to, deliver evidence of licensing to the persons so previously licensed.
