West Virginia·Ch. 46A WEST VIRGINIA CONSUMER CREDIT AND PROTECTION ACT·Art. 1 SHORT TITLE, DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act."
