§ 17A-6-11 — Expiration of special plates

West Virginia·Ch. 17A MOTOR VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATE OF TITLE, AND ANTITHEFT PROVISIONS·Art. 6 LICENSING OF DEALERS AND WRECKERS OR DISMANTLERS; SPECIAL PLATES; TEMPORARY PLATES OR MARKERS

Every special plate or plates issued hereunder shall expire at midnight on June thirtieth next following the issuance thereof. A new plate or plates for the ensuing fiscal year may be obtained as specified in section ten of this article.
