§ 17A-10-16 — Fee for the A. James Manchin Fund
West Virginia·Ch. 17A MOTOR VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATE OF TITLE, AND ANTITHEFT PROVISIONS·Art. 10 FEES FOR REGISTRATION, LICENSING, ETC
In addition to each fee provided for in this article, an additional $5 fee shall be imposed on the issuance of each certificate of title issued pursuant to article three of this chapter. All money collected under this section shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to the A. James Manchin Fund to be established within the Division of Highways for waste tire remediation in accordance to the provisions of article fifteen-a, chapter twenty-two of this code. The Commissioner is to work with the Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection to accomplish the goals of said chapter. The additional fee provided herein shall be imposed for each application for certificate and renewal thereof made on or after July 1, 2000: Provided, That no further collections or deposits sha
