West Virginia·Ch. 17A MOTOR VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATE OF TITLE, AND ANTITHEFT PROVISIONS·Art. 2A UNIFORM MOTOR VEHICLE RECORDS DISCLOSURE ACT

The division may promulgate rules in accordance with the provisions of chapter twenty-nine-a of this code to carry out the purposes of this article.
