§ 17A-2-22 — Administrative expense

West Virginia·Ch. 17A MOTOR VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATE OF TITLE, AND ANTITHEFT PROVISIONS·Art. 2 DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES

The expense of the administration of the motor vehicle department shall be appropriated for that purpose from the state road funds.
