§ 17A-2-1 — Department continued

West Virginia·Ch. 17A MOTOR VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATE OF TITLE, AND ANTITHEFT PROVISIONS·Art. 2 DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES

The department of the government of this state, known as the department of motor vehicles, heretofore created, shall be continued.
