§ 17A-12-2 — Repeal of inconsistent provisions
West Virginia·Ch. 17A MOTOR VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATE OF TITLE, AND ANTITHEFT PROVISIONS·Art. 12 SEVERABILITY AND EFFECT OF CHAPTER
The provisions of any acts or parts of acts, or of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, which are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
