§ 17A-11-2 — Penalty for felony

West Virginia·Ch. 17A MOTOR VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATE OF TITLE, AND ANTITHEFT PROVISIONS·Art. 11 PENALTIES
Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter herein or by the laws of this state declared to constitute a felony shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year not more than five years, or by a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5,000, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
