426.107 Except as otherwise provided, ch. 227 applies to and governs all administrative action taken by the administrator pursuant to chs. 421 to 427 and 429 . Notwithstanding s. 227.52 , the decisions of the administrator are subject to judicial review as provided in ch. 227 .
