132.18 132.18(1) (1) No person, firm or corporation, excepting the manufacturer thereof or persons authorized by said manufacturer so to do, shall sell or offer for sale or deliver, carbon dioxide, acetylene, oxygen, hydrogen or any other gas or gaseous compound, shipped, consigned or delivered in steel containers or containers made of other metal, unless such containers shall bear upon the surface thereof, in plainly legible characters, the name, initials or trademark of the manufacturer. 132.18(2) (2) No person, firm or corporation other than such manufacturer or persons authorized by such manufacturer so to do, shall refill or use in any manner such container or receptacle which has imprinted thereon the name, initials or trademark of such manufacturer, for any gas, compound or other ma
