132.032 Any person who, for himself, herself or on behalf of any other person, association or union, procures the filing and recording of any mark by making any false or fraudulent representations or declarations, verbally or in writing, or by any other fraudulent means is liable for any damages sustained as a result of that action, to be recovered by or on behalf of the injured party, and shall be imprisoned for not more than 6 months or fined not more than $10,000 or both.
