§ 706 — Construction

Vermont·Title 21 Title 21: Labor·Ch. 9 Chapter 009: Employer's Liability and Workers' Compensation

The provisions of sections 704 and 705 of this chapter shall not be applicable to persons operating farms for agricultural purposes. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 155, eff. July 1, 2024.)
