§ 669 — Finality of award
An award of the Commissioner shall, in the absence of fraud, be conclusive between the parties except as provided in section 668 of this chapter, unless the award is appealed pursuant to sections 670 and 672 of this chapter. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 138, eff. July 1, 2024.)
