Text
The Secretary may adopt rules requiring persons selling Class C pesticides at retail to be licensed under this chapter and may establish reasonable requirements for obtaining licenses. The license fee for a retail dealer shall be $25.00 for one year or any part thereof for each store or place of business operated by the retail dealer.
