Within 90 days following the final determination of the price to be paid for the plant and property, as well as the amount of the plant and property to be taken or acquired under the provisions of section 2909 or 2910 of this chapter, the municipality shall decide whether or not to take the plant or property at that price by a vote taken pursuant to procedures similar to those used in obtaining a ratifying vote as provided in section 2908 of this chapter. If that vote is in the negative, no other action under this chapter shall be had during the ensuing period of one year. (Amended 1979, No. 183 (Adj. Sess.). § 4; 2023, No. 85 (Adj.
