Text
The Transportation Board or selectboard shall give written notice to the proprietors of both the old and new lines of all their requirements in the premises, and shall also lodge a copy of the notice in the town clerk’s office, and its decision shall be final. (Amended 1989, No. 246 (Adj. Sess.), § 32.)
