When it is inconvenient or inexpedient to erect such wires, agreeably to section 2502 of this title, the Transportation Board, after soliciting the advice of the Agency of Transportation, or the selectboard of the town shall determine upon application where and in what manner such wires shall be erected, giving notice to parties interested or their agents, and shall certify their decision and cause the same to be recorded in the town clerk’s office, and such decision shall be final. (Amended 1989, No. 246 (Adj. Sess.) § 31.)
