§ 5309 — Presence in courtroom
The victim of a listed crime shall be entitled to be present during all court proceedings subject to the provisions of Rule 615 of the Vermont Rules of Evidence. (Added 1995, No. 170 (Adj. Sess.), § 7, eff. Sept. 1, 1996.)
