Text
A witness testifying in a criminal proceeding, including any discovery proceedings, shall not be compelled to disclose the victim’s residential address or place of employment on the record unless the court finds, based upon a preponderance of the evidence, that nondisclosure of the information will prejudice the defendant. (Added 1995, No. 170 (Adj. Sess.), § 8, eff. Sept. 1, 1996.)
