§ 5306 — Victim advocates

Vermont·Title 13 Title 13: Crimes and Criminal Procedure·Ch. 165 Chapter 165: Victims
State’s Attorneys are authorized to hire victim advocates. Victim advocates shall provide services in accordance with job descriptions established and maintained by the Department of State’s Attorneys and Sheriffs. (Added 1985, No. 182 (Adj.
