§ 5302 — Reporting to law enforcement agencies
Victims are eligible for the services set forth under this chapter only if the crime has been reported to law enforcement authorities. (Added 1985, No. 182 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1986.)
