Text

When a victim in a juvenile or youthful offender proceeding is ordered by the court to attend or has a right to attend the proceeding, the victim may be accompanied at the proceeding by a victim’s advocate. (Added 2021, No. 160 (Adj. Sess.), § 9, eff. June 1, 2022.)
