Text
A patient may appeal any decision of the Board. The appeal shall be to the Family Division of the Superior Court of the county where the hospital is located. The appeal shall be taken in such manner as the Supreme Court may by rule provide, except that there shall not be any stay of execution of the decision appealed from. (Added 1967, No. 305 (Adj.
