§ 1368 — False statements to increase payments

Vermont·Title 21 Title 21: Labor·Ch. 17 Chapter 017: Unemployment Compensation
A person shall not intentionally make a false statement or representation to obtain or increase any benefit or other payment under this chapter, either for the employee or any other person. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 210, eff. July 1, 2024.)
