§ 1303 — Compensation

Vermont·Title 21 Title 21: Labor·Ch. 17 Chapter 017: Unemployment Compensation
The Commissioner of Labor shall be paid an annual salary, as provided by 32 V.S.A. § 1003, and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of the Commissioner’s duties. Each other member of the Board shall be paid a per diem fixed by the Emergency Board while engaged in work connected with his or her official duties and shall be entitled to his or her actual and necessary expenses when away from home in discharge of such duties. All vouchers for salary, per diem, or expenses of a member shall be approved by the other members of the Board before payment thereof. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 22, eff.
