§ 1304 — Quorum
Any two members of the Board shall constitute a quorum to transact business. No vacancy shall impair the right of the remaining members to exercise all of the powers of the Board, as long as a majority remain. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 22, eff.
