Text

All monies made available by or received by the State for the State employment service, as provided in chapter 15 of this title, shall be paid to and expended from the Unemployment Compensation Administration Fund, and a special employment service account shall be maintained for that purpose as a part of the Fund. For the purpose of establishing and maintaining free public employment offices, the Commissioner is authorized to enter into agreements with the Railroad Retirement Board or any other agency of the United States charged with the administration of an unemployment compensation law, with any political subdivision of this State or with any private, nonprofit organization, and as a part of any such agreement, the Commissioner may accept monies, services, or quarters as a contribution
