Text
Any individual associated with the prosecution or defense of a listed crime, including attorneys, investigators, or experts, who comes in contact with the victim or the victim’s family shall properly identify himself or herself and by whom he or she is employed. (Added 1995, No. 170 (Adj. Sess.), § 12, eff. Sept. 1, 1996.)
