Text
No person shall import domestic animals into the State from any herd, flock, or group that is under quarantine in the state or place of origin due to the presence or suspected presence of an infectious or a contagious disease within the herd, flock, or group, except that such quarantined herds, flock, or groups may be moved directly to slaughter on permits issued by the Secretary.
