If the employer in question is a corporation, any official or agent of the corporation responsible for a falsehood, failure, or refusal mentioned in sections 1369–1371 of this subchapter shall be subject to the penalties provided in section 1373 of this subchapter. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 213, eff. July 1, 2024.)
